Committing to a 5k or a half marathon can be intimidating. Scary, even. You know there is a lot to do before the race starts, but how do you begin? Don’t worry: We’re here to help support your goal.

Whether it’s your first 5k or your first half marathon, the Runner’s Alley Training Group provides the know how and motivation to finish strong. From information on stretching, form, and nutrition, to gearing up, we’ll give you the tools you need to finish with a smile and a few high fives.

Prerequisite for the Intermediate training program is that you must be able to run 3 miles with out stopping
