During this tech session on Thursday, August 15th at 7pm, Jason from Garmin will cover how to get the most out of your new watch. Learn how Garmin Coach will help guide you to running your first 5K, half, or full marathon, along with how the new training load balance can help get you to a new PR. Jason will also discuss why syncing your watch on a regular basis will help you get to your run faster. This event is rain or shine, so bring your questions on your current watch along with questions on your future Garmin watch!
