Group run & Post Run Workout with Fit4aCause Triple Challenge

Join us and Fit4aCause for a run and a 20 minute core and body weight bootcamp workout. The run will start at Runner’s Alley. We will provide everyone a 1 mile, 3 mile, and 5 mile walk/run option. Afterwards, we will move to the capital lawn where Renee Plodzik of Fit4aCause will take everyone through a fun body weight and core workout.
This event is in prep for Fit4aCause’s event: Triple Challenge August 18th. Additional things to look forward to: Granite State Granola, Raffle Prizes, and good times.
