Salary Range/PTO: $55K to $65K / 20 days of PTO annually

Job Description
It takes a dynamic set of personal characteristics to manage a Marathon Sports location successfully. We believe our store managers are the BEST representatives of our company and all that it stands for. They are primarily tasked with leading the sales floor, developing a dynamic team, and creating a vibrant hub of activity within their community. Our managers lead and oversee day-to-day operations that include but are not limited to:
• Building a team that provides amazing customer experiences that drive store growth
• Establishing the store as the local hub for all things running and fitness so the positive benefits of health and wellness radiate outward in our surrounding communities
• Cultivating a positive environment that attracts customers, employees, and opportunities that help drive the growth of our company.
• Creating social media content, developing, and overseeing in store events
• Oversight and management of footwear, apparel, essentials, and the physical store
• Interviewing, hiring, training, forecasting, and scheduling a motivated and happy staff
