If it isn’t working for you, it most definitely isn’t working for us!
We believe in the products we sell and in the people who sell them. If you should have ANY TROUBLE with an item purchased from Runner’s Alley, simply come back and see us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Any cash refund greater than $150 will be paid out by company headquarters in 2-3 business days.
Any return beyond 30 days, without a receipt, or no longer in its original condition will be granted only at the discretion of the store manager and be for exchange or store credit only.
