For 27 years proceeds from the Lamprey Health Care Annual 5K Road Race have been supporting programs and services at the health center. In recent years these funds have been dedicated to supporting programs for children. This year’s race will support the healthy development of pediatric patients with funding dedicated to the Reach Out and Read Early Literacy Program, the School Based Dental Program and Baby Steps, an Early Childhood Development & Screening Program. You can run with a light step knowing your registration fees will be helping kids our community.
The Ragged 75 Stage Race is a challenging 75-mile race with approximately 15,500 feet of elevation gain that includes very technical single-track, steep climbs & descents, double track, fire roads, dirt/gravel roads & pavement. Generous cut-offs and a very supportive family environment help determined hikers to make it through successfully.
For the 50k, Competitors will complete a point-to-point trail of approximately 33 miles and 6,300 ft of vertical
The purpose of the race has always been to benefit Webster Park – about a 30 acre tract of land that was donated to the town of Epsom NH by Benjamin Noah Webster in the early 1900’s to be used as a perpetual park for the residents of Epsom. All proceeds from the race will be used for the upkeep and improvement of Webster Park in keeping with the intent of the gift by Mr. Webster 100 years ago!
Bring out your running shoes and join the 2nd Annual Mill Field 5K, 1 mile run/walk to benefit the D.A. Hurd Library. The race loop begins and ends at the Bethel Christian Church in North Berwick. The 5K begins at 8:00am; the 1 mile at 8:10am.
Live Free and Ski Inc are returning to Crotched Mountain on Sat, August 18 for their 4th annual Sprint to the Summit race! Competitors will take on the steep, unforgiving slopes of Crotched’s 1 mile gravel access road, with a simple goal, run to the top as fast as possible. Competitors will start at the base of the mountain, by the Crotched Rocket and race to the summit. Check out the details below and register today!

This is your opportunity to experience Dover’s only Half Marathon Road Race, the COCHECHO CHALLENGE. Dover’s own First Parish Church created this challenging yet accessible, USA Track & Field certified Half Marathon course that begins at our historic church in the heart of downtown Dover, NH. After leaving downtown, the course winds through beautiful, rural neighborhoods, crosses over the majestic Cochecho River and then returns to the downtown area for the final push to the finish line at the church.
